     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(STA)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to fiscal notes for bills directing or resulting in                                                       
     the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations, and to the                                                              
     notice required for the proposed adoption, amendment, or repeal
